Slick Fish Gear offers free shipping over $150 within the United States. Tracking number is included with shipping. Expedited rates apply to the speed of your shipping through the carrier, not the speed in which your order will be processed. Expedited shipping will not be refunded. Please allow between 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This period may be longer around holidays. If more than 7 business days have passed before receiving your package, email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Customers are responsible for all tracking information on shipments. A tracking number is provided in your shipment confirmation email. Since we move quickly to print, cut, and sew your custom handmade merchandise, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations to your orders once submitted. As a print on-demand company, we do not carry inventory and each product is crafted with pristine detail to fit your design needs. This includes different sizing, design changes, or quantity. Once you receive your merchandise, we can only allow merchandise to be returned due to damage or defect. Due to the process of print on demand we cannot return items due to improper size or fit.

In the event your merchandise is damaged or defective, you will need to contact Slick Fish Gear by submitting a "Return Request" through our email. You must contact Kin Custom within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the damaged or defective product and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. To be eligible for a return for damage or defect, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm.
